All major shopping centers are at 10-15 minute walk. Within a hundred meters there are several super markets, famous fast food street Goce Delčeva, theaters, hotels “Tulip Inn”, “Jugoslavija”, “Falkensteiner”, various banks, health centers and cliniques, sport fields and two sport arenas.
Also in the very close proximity you will find two rivers - Danube and Sava - on whose shores Zemun and New Belgrade neighborhoods are located.
